Aloegrove’s name originated from the abundant “Aloe
Lite-ralis”, growing in this area, which belongs to the tree
Aloe.
Medicinal properties, are yet unclassified. It’s blooming
period is during the month of May and bears the most magnificent
burnt-orange coloured flowers.
The farm is 8,300ha of which 4,000ha
is being used or allocated for the lodge itself and game.
The
remaining hectares are being used for cattle farm-ing
and as the op-portunity allows us, we continuously throug-hout
the year engage in de-bushing as well. |
